Concrete#3: ground works
From the earth into the earth. New sculptural processes in which nature is considered from the very beginning.

ground works is a new sculptural format, in which the change of our environment and the resulting urgent questions of dealing with resources, as well as the general coexistence, are consciously thought through artistically.

Think globally, act locally. This important approach becomes the proverbial basic idea here in a very conscious and direct way. Sculptural processes are created directly on-site, working with the place, with the earth, with nature, completely in the immediate surroundings and thus also involving the neighbourhood, the familiar places of the residents.

Keeping the ecological footprint, and a positive environmental balance in mind, necessarily also means thinking differently about the materials and the places of art.

In this way, works of art are created completely organically, with nature and in nature, which quite literally grow out of the earth in our neighbourhood, and consciously integrate themselves into the living ecological and social fabric on site.
